One of the highlights was exploring Gumuk Pasir, where we hopped on a jeep and cruised along the sandy hills, enjoying the fresh coastal breeze on our way to Pantai Parangtritis. The combination of sea air and the thrill of riding across rolling sand dunes made it an experience to remember.
Another magical stop was Pulau Timang, where the vast stretch of the blue ocean met rugged coral formations, truly a sight that left us in awe. As evening fell, we headed to Heha Sky View, where the sparkling city lights of Yogyakarta spread out beneath us like a sea of stars, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing night.
Of course, no trip to Yogyakarta would be complete without visiting Candi Borobudur, the largest Buddhist temple in Indonesia. Standing before its majestic architecture and intricate carvings felt like stepping into a page of history.
